RETURN POLICY

OUR POLICIES

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from deephavenrejuvenation.com, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date.  You will receive credit towards other products or services when you return the unused product.

Only items purchased at deephavenrejuvenation.com can be returned to us.  

No returns will be accepted after the indicated 30-day return period.

 

To complete your return, please follow these steps. 

Within 30 days of the purchase date, email: deephavenrejuvenation@gmail.com and provide your Order # along with the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

We will issue you an RA# to include with your return.

Ship your returned item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return and credit to your account. 

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. DeepHaven Rejuvenation is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
 

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
 

Damaged Items

Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return provided that DeepHaven Rejuvenation Customer Care is advised within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Email deephavenrejuvenation@gmail.com  for further instructions.
 

Shipping Discrepancies

Contact us directly at deephavenrejuvenation@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies. DeepHaven Rejuvenation is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.


Conditions and Exclusions

Please note that all returns are subject to our review. We may deny, at our sole discretion, returns on products purchased and returned from the same customer more than once, or upon signs of abuse of the policy. Returns that are denied will not qualify for a refund. 

DeepHaven Rejuvenation reserves the right to modify or change this Returns Policy at any time.
