15 minute online consultation to determine if you are a candidate for Tox, Filler, IV therapy or intramuscular injections (Wellness injections). Discuss doses and cost prior to treatment. Discussion of services available to you and payment plans.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your existing appointment, you may do so by logging into the Patient Dashboard or you can contact our office directly for rescheduling information. Please note, if your appointment is cancelled within 48hrs of your appointment, deposit is non-refundable.
